Delivery within 24 to 48 hours in France and within 3 to 5 business days in Europe.

Important: The customer is responsible for providing a valid delivery address when placing the order. Once the shipment has been dispatched, order tracking is the responsibility of the customer.
 

Returns and Refund Policy

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a 14 calendar day period from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.

Any return request must be made before the expiration of this period by contacting our customer service and specifying:

  • your order number
  • the reference of the product concerned

No return will be accepted without prior approval.

2. Return acceptance conditions

Returned products must strictly meet all of the following conditions:

  • Product new, not installed, not used
  • No signs of wear, installation, tightening, or handling
  • Paint, anodizing, and finish intact, with no micro scratches or scuff marks
  • Returned in the original packaging, with all provided protections and accessories

Quick Industrie parts are precision machined and painted motorcycle parts with high end finishes.

Any handling, even minimal, may alter the paint or surface.

A returned product must be strictly in the same condition as when it was shipped.

3. Products refused for return

A return may be refused in the following cases:

  • Part installed, tested, or fitted, even briefly
  • Presence of micro scratches, contact marks, tightening marks, or tool marks
  • Incomplete product or missing or damaged original packaging
  • Product damaged during return shipping due to insufficient packaging
4. Return shipping costs

The return shipping cost is free for the customer, provided that the return conditions described above are met.

The return method and shipping instructions will be provided after the request has been approved by our customer service.

5. Refund

After receipt and inspection of the returned product:

  • If the product complies with the return conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within a maximum of 10 business days.
  • We may withhold the refund until the product has been received or proof of shipment has been provided.
  • If the product does not comply, the refund may be refused or adjusted based on the observed condition.
6. Defective product or order error

In case of:

  • defective product
  • product damaged upon receipt
  • order preparation error

Please contact us within 48 hours after receipt, providing supporting photos or videos.

An appropriate solution will be offered (replacement, exchange, or refund).

7. Final provision

Quick Industrie reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with the conditions stated above.

This policy is intended to ensure fairness among our customers and to maintain the quality of our products.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?

Can I return a part if I just “tried it out”?
No.
A part that has been tried, mounted, or tested, even briefly, can no longer be considered new.
Quick Industrie motorcycle parts are painted and machined with high-end finishes.
Handling or mounting can cause micro-scratches sometimes invisible to the naked eye, making the part unsuitable for resale.
What does “product in new condition” mean?

A product in new condition means:

  • never mounted or installed
  • no signs of wear, tightening, or contact
  • paint and finish intact
  • product returned in its original packaging, with all protections and accessories

Any product not strictly meeting these criteria may be refused.

What happens if the returned product shows marks?

If marks, scratches, or signs of use are detected during inspection:

  • the refund may be refused, or
  • a depreciation may be applied depending on the product’s condition

The product may also be returned to you.

How do I make a return request?

You just need to contact our customer service with:

  • your order number
  • the reference of the product concerned

Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.

What is the refund timeframe?

After receiving and inspecting your product:
